Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological, life sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience within a CRO.

We're working with an established Clinical Research Organization (CRO) that is hiring a Senior Project Manager have the opportunity to support organizations in advancing innovative neuroscience therapies and healthcare solutions from development through delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional project teams, partnering with groups such as Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Medical Affairs, and Safety.
• Drive projects toward key milestones while maintaining alignment across internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure project activities are completed according to established plans, quality standards, and applicable processes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and leading project meetings and governance activities.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support business development initiatives, including proposal development, client presentations, and new project opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological, life sciences, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including experience within a CRO.
• Therapeutic experience in neuroscience.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, and project-level costing.
• Experience leading complex clinical trials across multiple development phases and/or the full clinical lifecycle.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical development, protocols, and project execution.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organization, and leadership skills.
