Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategies for the Neuroscience Service Line to improve clinical care and outcomes.
• Allocates financial and capital resources and manages operating revenue and expenses.
• Drives cost control programs and new or revised services per the business plan.
• Leads efforts to improve reimbursement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Directs data collection, analysis, and presentation of utilization and program outcomes.
• Ensures staffing effectiveness and competency within the service line.
• Ensures compliance with Master Service Line Agreement.
• Fosters employee engagement and service excellence.
• Establishes high performance standards for service outcomes and patient satisfaction.
