The Banner Research Senior Psychometrist in Sun City, AZ administers complex cognitive and neuropsychological tests across diverse research and clinical contexts. You will work under supervision of Neuropsychologists to ensure valid results and high-quality data collection.

Schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with opportunities for training and professional development within Banner Health's research programs focused on aging and neurodegeneration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• CDR scale certification required within 90 days of hire.
• At least two years of clinical and cognitive assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers global clinical assessments using semi-structured and unstructured interviews.
• Scores evaluations and provides observational summaries with accurate data entry.
• Attends sponsor trainings to understand study protocols and scoring procedures.
• May assist in training cognitive psychometrists and interns in testing nuances.
• Assess clinical severity of research participants and provide clinical judgment.
