Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in psychology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CDR certification required upon hire or within 90 days of employment.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to establish rapport with patients with varying degrees of impairment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight of psychometry training, including onboarding doctoral students and new staff, and maintain training records.
• Maintain and update department SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate departmental schedules and room utilization for optimal operations.
• Administer global clinical assessments according to protocols to ensure validity.
• Score evaluations and enter data accurately into the database.
• Review patient visit allocations and adjust workloads to balance staff capabilities.
• Provide guidance to students and psychometrists on scoring, norming, and procedures.
• Interact with other departments and sponsors involved in brain and body donation, trials, and outpatient care.
