Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field is required.
• CDR certification must be obtained within first 90 days of employment.
• Requires 2 years of clinical and cognitive assessment experience; strong judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative oversight of psychometry department training needs, onboarding doctoral students and new staff, and maintains training records.
• Maintains and updates department SOPs to enhance efficiency across clinical and research activities.
• Coordinates departmental schedules and room utilization for optimal workflow.
• Administers global clinical assessments per protocol and participates in training for clinical trial/research protocols.
• Scores evaluations and provides observational summaries; enters data accurately into databases.
• Reviews patient visit allocations, adjusts staff workloads, and provides feedback to students and psychometrists on scoring and procedures.
