Houston Methodist seeks a Senior Physical Therapist (Sr PT) to serve as a clinical expert across service lines and clinics. The role includes patient evaluations, plan-of-care development, and delivering advanced treatments for diverse diagnoses while mentoring staff and leading quality initiatives.

The Sr PT partners with management to coordinate service-line activities, drive process improvements, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. A Texas PT license and BLS certification are required.

Qualificações

• Five years as a Physical Therapist, or four years of experience as a Physical Therapist with a specialty certification.
• Texas State Licensure as a Physical Therapist within 90 days, and BLS certification per AHA.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a positive work environment and team to achieve department results and maintain professional relationships with physicians and staff.
• Performs comprehensive patient evaluations and develops plans of care for complex populations across service lines.
• Coordinates service line activities, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical mentoring of PT staff.
• Precepts and educates Clinical Fellows and staff to advance practice and patient outcomes.
