Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Networking Systems Engineer to support State, Local Government and Education customers in Georgia. This remote, territory-based role requires residence or relocation to Georgia, with travel to customer sites as needed.

You will serve as a pre-sales technical advisor and collaborate with Territory Managers to drive networking solutions from discovery to implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years of infrastructure engineering with pre-sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience designing enterprise networking solutions for complex environments.
• Strong ability to communicate with technical teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Managers to identify and advance opportunities.
• Design networking solutions aligning with business and technical objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into scalable architectures.
• Deliver presentations, demos, workshops, and PoC engagements.
• Develop proposals, technical docs, and implementation recommendations.
• Position solutions against competitors by articulating value.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, services, and channel partners.
• Stay abreast of networking trends and innovations.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle to meet revenue goals.
