Job summary

NVIDIA's Enterprise Experience Solutions Engineering team is seeking a senior Computer or Software Engineer to become an expert in groundbreaking network tech used in AI clusters. You will work with customer support and R&D to tackle complex production network issues, focusing on InfiniBand, NVLink, Spectrum-X, and related software stacks.

You will analyze performance, develop fixes, and provide detailed root-cause explanations while collaborating across NVIDIA teams and customer partners.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering (or equivalent).
• 8+ years in C or Python on Linux/embedded systems.
• Experience with Linux NIC drivers, NIC SDKs, embedded firmware, and NOS.
• ≥3 years supporting end-customers, partners, or integrators for network equipment.
• Strong software, firmware, kernel, driver, and OS expertise.
• Excellent communication and calm problem-solving under pressure.
• Passion for learning AI hardware and networking innovations.

Responsibilities

• Assist network and AI cluster support teams in reproducing and root-causing complex issues.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop fixes, workarounds, and solutions for key customers.
• Become an authority on NVIDIA network technologies (Infiniband, NVLink, Spectrum-X).
• Analyze network performance metrics and recommend tuning for high-performance networks.
• Develop tools for field issue analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Use AI-enabled tools for software development, log tracing, and debugging.
• Occasional weekend/holiday support as needed.
