Qualifications

• 12+ years of extensive hands-on experience in networking software development.
• 5+ years of extensive software development management experience.
• Deep expertise in data center networking with SONiC OS or similar.
• Experience in AI networking use cases including backend/frontend development.
• Full stack development with Node.js, Next.js, JavaScript, Go, and C/C++.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of Networking Software Design & Development for key applications in the Super Fabric Manager (SFM).
• Lead collaboration, hiring and mentoring of engineers; drive performance and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive process improvements and share lessons learned in team retrospectives.
• Build secure, scalable network solutions and work with security teams as needed.
• Lead software testing automation, CD/CI tooling, and detailed diagnostics.
