Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
7–10 years of management experience in hardware development.
Hands-on CM/ODM development methodologies.
Experience with Networking (Switching/Routing/Security) hardware.
Strong supply chain management, production schedules, and cost optimization.
Leadership and team management across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a hardware development team across design, engineering, and manufacturing.
Oversee the hardware lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
Collaborate with CM/ODM partners on design, manufacturing, and assembly to optimize cost and schedule.
Define hardware requirements, specifications, and timelines with cross‑functional teams.
Ensure hardware meets requirements by managing bring‑up and lab testing, DV T, and certifications.
