Qualifications

Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring, guiding, and influencing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and own complex hardware designs, including component selection, schematic capture, board‑level architecture, bring‑up, debug, and validation.
Drive high‑speed digital design decisions, addressing signal integrity and power distribution at the system level.
Partner with cross‑functional and multi‑site teams to deliver production‑ready designs.
Influence design feasibility, margins, and reliability through upfront analysis and validation.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design methodology improvements.
