Job summary

Vanguard seeks an experienced network security leader to manage a senior team responsible for secure design, implementation, and operation of enterprise networks. You will drive Zero Trust deployments, cloud security integration, and policy enforcement across on-prem and hybrid environments.

The role requires deep experience with Zscaler platforms (ZIA, ZPA) and the ability to guide vendor partnerships while maintaining compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years related work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of network and cloud security architecture principles.
• Experience with Zscaler platforms (ZIA, ZPA) and secure internet access.
• Management experience with security architectures and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew; set performance standards and compensation decisions.
• Oversee network services, design, installation, and integration of new technologies.
• Lead complex issue resolution across Support Center and Technical Services.
• Guide policy, monitoring, and automation; maintain security documentation.
• Develop department goals and ensure SLAs meet business needs.
