Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a network engineer to plan and implement enterprise networks, design architecture, and optimize performance. The role involves evaluating existing technologies, documenting architectures, and establishing security and connectivity parameters in a fast-paced lab environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DOCSIS/DPOE, firmware testing, and end-to-end DOCSIS certification processes.

Qualifications

• DOCSIS/DPOE background is required.
• Firmware and software testing experience is required.
• Manual/automation hybrid testing experience.
• End-to-end certifications for DOCSIS network equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement enterprise networks and related hardware/software.
• Design and document network architecture and assess performance/capacity gaps.
• Support security, connectivity and access parameters; tune and test security devices.
