Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Network & Telecom System Integration Services Manager to lead the installation and integration of telecommunications systems across the SCE service territory. You will supervise technicians, guide major projects, and collaborate with IT, engineering, and field teams to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality grid communications.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of combined experience performing or supervising proprietary telecommunications systems.
• Experience in telecom network engineering and operations.
• Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.
• Thorough knowledge of Telecommunications Systems including Transmission Systems, Voice & Data; role in Electric Grid operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a technical field of study.
• Experience supervising Bargaining Unit employees in Telecom/Networking.
• Strong decision-making, risk mitigation under time constraints.
• Experience managing large and complex schedules and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise represented telecommunications technicians.
• Provide leadership for major telecommunications projects supporting IT and Transmission & Distribution initiatives.
• Collaborate with business partners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to plan and execute field work.
• Develop employees through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
• Champion SCE’s safety culture and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Administer the IBEW Collective Bargaining Agreement and resolve labor-related issues.
• Address complex operational issues across organizations to drive timely resolution.
• Lead by example with accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
