Job summary

Southern California Edison seeks a Transmission & Telecom Tactical Grid Support, Senior Advisor to lead strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance across projects.

You will collaborate across departments, manage budgets, analyze performance, and support outage prevention and restoration efforts. This hybrid role requires CA residency and up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in energy delivery/distribution.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Implements new analytical techniques to improve execution of construction, maintenance, and inspection activities.
• Participates in design and analysis of programs to improve reliability.
• Diagnoses and resolves engineering issues to improve customer satisfaction and circuit reliability.
• Oversees in-depth analysis and develops recommendations.
• Plans and coordinates activities to prevent energy service interruptions.
