Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Network & Telecom System Integration Services Manager to lead the installation, integration, and modernization of critical telecom systems across the service territory. You will supervise technicians, manage complex projects, and collaborate with IT, engineering, and field teams to ensure safe, reliable communications for the electric grid.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and long-term operability, with hybrid work and travel within California

Qualifications

Five or more years of combined experience performing or supervising proprietary telecommunications systems.
Experience in telecom network engineering and operations.
Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise represented telecommunications technicians.
Provide leadership for major telecommunications projects.
Collaborate with business partners, engineering teams, project managers, construction organizations, and other stakeholders.
Provide leadership and development for employees by establishing clear performance expectations and coaching.
Champion SCEs safety culture by promoting safe work practices and ensuring compliance.
Administer the IBEW Collective Bargaining Agreement and address labor-related issues.
Resolve complex and escalated operational issues by cross-organizational collaboration.
Lead by example with SCE's values and operational excellence.
