Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree and 8-12 years of relevant network/IT support experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage NOSC operations on DoD networks.
• Triages outages and coordinates with vendors and government agencies.
• Generate incident tickets, reports, and executive summaries.
• Maintain security patches and document system health.
