  • Coordinate with procurement/finance on purchasing and renewals: gather requirements, obtain and compare vendor quotes, recommend options, submit/track POs, and maintain renewal and spend visibility.
  • Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets within SLA; communicate status updates and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel (pivot tables/lookups), reporting, and data hygiene practices to maintain accurate asset/license records.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and strong documentation habits.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain a renewal calendar, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Hands‑on troubleshooting experience with network services and devices (e.g., switches, firewalls, wireless access points), including interpreting logs/alerts and validating changes.
