Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Eligibility
• Minimum of eight (8) years of System Engineer experience
• Configure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware, operating systems, and connected devices
• Monitor system and network performance and resolve complex technical issues
• Support network infrastructure design, deployment, integration, and administration
• Manage virtualization, storage, backups, patching, testing, and system accreditation activities
• Develop technical documentation and provide technical support and training
• Current SAFe Software Engineer (ASE) Certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and/or perform additions and changes to network hardware and operating systems
• Provide direct support in the day-to-day operations on network hardware
• Troubleshoot at the physical level of the network
• Participate in planning design, technical review and implementation for new network infrastructure hardware
• Perform systems management and integration functions
