Job summary

You will work directly with customers in operational environments to provide high‑level technical support, system integration, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience, or 8 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with tactical, RF, or mission-critical communication systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for tactical communication systems in lab, field, and customer environments.
• Manage and resolve complex customer incidents and technical escalations.
• Perform hardware and software system integration of wired and wireless network solutions.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot IP-based network architectures using fielded tactical radio solutions.
• Proactively identify potential system or network issues and recommend preventative or corrective actions.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, Product Engineering, Program Management, and Sales.
