Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and operations.
• Extensive knowledge of Layer 3 routing and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking technologies.
• Experience supporting SD-WAN, enterprise LAN/WAN, and data center networking environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking architectures and hybrid connectivity solutions.
• Experience with network security technologies including NAC, VPN, IPsec, and next-generation firewalls.
• Expertise in network monitoring, performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Experience with automation, orchestration, and infrastructure operational improvements.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies.
• Familiarity with ITSM, SLA governance, KPI management, and risk frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Manage Layer 3 network operations and serve as escalation point for complex network incidents.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Support SD-WAN deployments and enterprise WAN/LAN connectivity solutions.
• Administer data center networking infrastructure and ensure high availability.
• Implement and maintain cloud networking solutions across public and hybrid cloud environments.
• Manage network security controls including VPNs, IPsec, NAC, and next-gen firewalls.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, utilization, and service availability.
• Develop automation and orchestration processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical network issues.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and network resilience initiatives.
• Ensure ITSM processes, SLA commitments, KPI targets, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on network projects.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, standards, and procedures.
