Job summary

Monroe Community Credit Union is seeking a Senior Network & Systems Engineer to design, implement, secure, and maintain the core network and systems infrastructure. You will handle escalations for Tier 2–4 issues, coordinate with vendors, and support system upgrades and new tech adoption with the CTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Active Azure and networking certifications preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise networking and security infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical support for complex systems, infrastructure, and apps.
• Manage and troubleshoot networks, systems, and end-user computing environments.
• Monitor and optimize network infrastructure for performance and reliability.
• Architect and support Azure and Microsoft 365 environments and security.
• Collaborate with vendors and IS teams to implement integrations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard processes.
