Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• Eight+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Experience architecting scalable network fault management solutions for alarm processing, correlation and automation.
• Proven track record modernizing legacy core network automations into event-driven architectures.
• Experience in Core Network domain architecture and high-volume process modeling.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end functionality across core modules (UFM, UWA, SA360/UTP) for wireline and wireless initiatives.
• Modernize legacy alarm processing, ticketing, and jBPM workflows into scalable microservices.
• Define API-driven workflows with high resiliency, observability, and self-healing.
• Lead development teams to ensure code quality, data integrity, and performance.
• Collaborate with Directors/VPs to drive decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
• Mentor upcoming architects and provide guidance across Service Assurance.
