Job summary

The Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, and South Florida Motorsports are seeking a Senior Network & Systems Administrator to manage enterprise server systems, security compliance, and end-user support. You will handle game-day IT tasks, maintain Active Directory and cloud services, and ensure reliable network infrastructure across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years enterprise systems administration, networking and infrastructure.
• Strong experience with AD & Group Policy, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, VMware vSphere, Windows/Linux, Cisco networking, SAN/NAS, and Okta.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, AD, Azure AD, M365, virtualization, storage, and cloud environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and SSO platforms, including Okta.
• Configure, deploy, administer, and support Windows Server, Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems.
• Maintain and administer Cisco networking infrastructure (routing, switching, wireless).
• Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive) and Azure AD.
• Design, implement, and support distributed network environments across multiple facilities.
• Oversee VMware vSphere and other virtualization platforms for uptime and availability.
• Administer SAN/NAS storage and backup/disaster recovery systems.
• Oversee management of MDM (MDM for macOS) to enforce security policies.
• Administer NAC solutions.
