Job summary

Locke Supply Co., a leading distributor of Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC supplies, seeks a Network Systems Administrator at its Oklahoma City headquarters. The role centers on designing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure linking headquarters, data centers, and regional branches.

You will own switching, routing, wireless, and firewall tasks and back up the network engineer as needed. The successful candidate will manage enterprise networking across multiple sites, including

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in networking and systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise switching and routing (Cisco or equivalent).
• Experience with SD-WAN, enterprise wireless, VPN, and network monitoring is preferred.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, and SQL Server is helpful.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or similar are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise switching and routing across multiple sites, including VLANs and inter-site connectivity.
• Support and operate SD-WAN across branch networks; perform site turn-ups and policy config.
• Administer wireless infrastructure including RF tuning and client connectivity issues.
• Manage firewall policy, VPN connectivity, and network segmentation in coordination with cybersecurity.
• Maintain load balancing, DNS, and network monitoring systems; respond to alerts.
• Serve as primary backup to the network engineer for day-to-day operations.
