Job summary

Locke Supply Co. seeks a Network Systems Administrator for its Oklahoma City headquarters. The role centers on designing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the network across HQ, data centers, and branches.

The candidate will own switching, routing, wireless, and firewall duties and back up the network engineering function. Primary duties include SD-WAN operations, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and monitoring; secondary duties cover Windows, Linux, VMware, and storage

Qualifications

5–10 years of network engineering experience with hands-on Cisco or equivalent equipment.
Strong knowledge of switching, routing, VLANs, and firewall management.
Experience with SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, and network monitoring.
Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise switching and routing across multiple sites.
Support SD-WAN across branch network with site turn-ups and policy config.
Administer wireless infrastructure, RF tuning, and client connectivity.
Manage firewall policy, VPN connectivity, and network segmentation.
Maintain load balancing, DNS, and network monitoring systems; respond to alerts.
Serve as backup to network engineer; assist on projects.
Perform system administration on Windows, Linux, VMware, and storage.
Install OS/app upgrades and patches; tune performance.
Maintain hardware, software, backups, and security; develop docs.
