Job summary

Target is seeking a Sr Manager Enterprise Network Strategy to lead business value and capability strategy for complex network decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, and Technology to translate network design into measurable business outcomes, evaluate tradeoffs, and develop decision-ready business cases that guide investments and capabilities.

This role requires strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to influence leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders with clear, practical recommendations.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and aligning stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state network design scenarios, including topology, node roles, and locations.Define analytical approaches and success measures for network design.Translate network scenarios into measurable enterprise outcomes and CPIs.Lead identification and prioritization of capabilities for the future-state network.Develop recommendations linking network architecture to enterprise priorities and investments.
