Job summary

Procorp seeks a Senior Lead Site Reliability Engineer to define NFRs and availability targets for IPFS-backed services. You will ensure SLIs/SLOs are tracked and production readiness is achieved across Columbus, Jersey City, Plano, and Houston.

You will design observability patterns, mentor engineers, and drive AI-assisted reliability across the SDLC while managing complex distributed systems and cloud-native tech.

Qualifications

5+ years of site reliability or SRE leadership experience.
Strong observability with SRE practices and SLIs/SLOs.
Proficiency in Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk.
Expertise in Java, Go, Python, Terraform, and IaC.
Experience applying enterprise AI to reliability workflows with validation and security.

Responsibilities

Define designs, roadmaps, and program charters with engineering teams.
Mentor technologists and champion SRE adoption across teams.
Design observability and reliability patterns for complex systems.
Utilize AI capabilities to accelerate incident analysis and production readiness.
Guide evolution of critical components and cross-team interdependencies.
Provide tools and guidance to support growth and resiliency.
Lead AI-assisted reliability practices across SDLC toolchains.
