Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical execution for enterprise network activations.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to deliver end-to-end activation outcomes.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Install and validate SDN/SDWAN services including BGP, QoS, and security configurations.
• Work in a 24x7 operations environment and support live customers.
• Prepare documentation and guidance for junior engineers.
