Job summary

Heartland Business Systems is seeking a Technical Architect to develop, implement, and support network services for consulting clients. You will mentor engineers, lead multi-technology projects, and build strong client relationships to define requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more Professional level certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA).
• Experience designing and architecting network solutions.
• Experience installing and supporting Cisco or HP/Aruba network devices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures.
• Lead engineers on multi-technology projects and ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Provide daily project updates and proactive communication to all stakeholders.
• Maintain vendor/industry certifications and stay current on new products and solutions.
• Meet annual billable hour goal defined by HBS.
