Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System seeks a senior network operations professional to provide advanced support for delivery issues and participate in projects to transition operations. You will troubleshoot complex problems, coordinate installations and upgrades, and maintain enterprise standards while mentoring junior staff.

Strong Cisco Nexus and routing protocol knowledge is preferred, with after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years CCNP experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Senior level Network Operations role with after hours on-call rotation.
• Familiarity with Cisco Nexus product line and Data Center networking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level support for network systems delivery issues and participate in transition projects.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution, including proactive investigations.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, upgrades and tuning of network systems; document standards and procedures.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training; act as SME for certain tools or processes.
• Work with vendors on technical requests and apply process improvements and change management.
