Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Security Engineer/Architect to ensure the proper functioning of all network-based security controls. You will deploy, maintain, and operate Carrier’s security tool stack, and work with cross-functional teams to meet audits and SLA requirements.

The role emphasizes a strong network-centric knowledge base, collaboration with IAM/Cyber teams, and ongoing development of processes to sustain continuous security operations and tool availability.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years in network operations (switches/routers/gateways/DNS/VPN)
• 5+ years with firewalls, IDS/IPS, web proxies, email security, packet capture, flow analyzers
• 2+ years with Zscaler products (ZIA/ZPA)
• Available for 24x7x365 global network security operations and on-call coverage

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Security, IT, and Data Protection to deploy and support network security platforms.
• Create internal service catalog of controls with UX, SLA, and auditability.
• Work with architecture and operators to support network security initiatives.
• Develop knowledge management and training programs for Carrier environments.
• Ensure auditable processes for continuity of network security operations.
• Deliver 24x7x365 global operational capability and tool availability.
• Configure, patch, operate, and decommission security hardware and software with IAM/Cyber teams.
