Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to operate enterprise firewall, VPN, and MFA platforms in production across on-premises, remote-access, and cloud-connected environments. This is an hands-on role focused on administering, configuring, maintaining, and documenting security systems with minimal ramp-up.

You will work with Cisco ASA/Firepower and Palo Alto NGFW, manage RSA SecurID MFA, monitor health, respond to incidents, and ensure change-management discipline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in network security engineering or related roles.
• 5+ years hands-on administration of enterprise firewall platforms in production.
• Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto security technologies, VPNs, and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for security systems, tickets, alerts, health checks, and reporting.
• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls, VPNs, MFA, and related controls.
• Install, patch, upgrade, back up, and validate security platforms in production.
• Support remote-access VPN, site-to-site VPN, and user connectivity issues.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, change records, and compliance artifacts.
• Collaborate with SOC/NOC, cloud, and governance teams during incidents and audits.
