Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to advance the security posture of core network platforms, including Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Nokia, F5 and Fortinet. You will lead vulnerability remediation, patch validation, and secure configuration rollout across large-scale environments.

Based in West Chester, Philadelphia, PA, or Mt. Laurel, NJ, you will partner with architecture, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure compliant, hardened networks and continuous security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering or Network Security
• Hands-on with enterprise network environments
• Experience with vendor security advisories and CVEs

Responsibilities

• Own the security posture and roadmap for Comcast network domains and platforms.
• Lead vulnerability remediation, patch validation, and hardening activities.
• Validate secure releases in labs before production and ensure audit readiness.
• Configure and operationalize secure networking solutions including authentication and logging.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and vendor teams to enforce least-privilege access.
