Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC is seeking a Senior Network Engineer in Houston to design, deploy, and operate network and security services across the AMER region. You will own complex deliveries, lead incidents, and mentor other engineers while collaborating with global teams on data center, campus, WAN, and cloud connectivity.

The role focuses on Cisco ACI, IOS-XE/NX-OS, and Palo Alto NGFW engineering, with a strong emphasis on architecture, changes, and documentation. Hybrid work setup available.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ internetworking experience in a global enterprise
• Deep hands-on experience with Cisco ACI fabrics
• Expert-level Cisco routing and switching (IOS/IOS-XE/NX-OS)
• Strong Palo Alto NGFW engineering and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Act as AMER SME for Cisco ACI fabric architecture and operations
• Provide advanced engineering for Cisco routing/switching across data centers, campus, WAN
• Engineer and support Palo Alto NGFW platforms including Panorama-managed environments
• Design and implement complex, standards-aligned network changes with validation and rollback plans
• Lead high-severity incident troubleshooting and ensure SLA adherence
• Document high/low-level designs, diagrams, and operational procedures
• Mentor other engineers and participate in governance forums
