Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of IT/networking experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT projects and coordinate upgrades beyond scope, while guiding small teams.
• Manage servers, VMware, AD, backups, and network devices for reliability.
• Oversee security controls, incident response, and training programs across the organization.
• Plan, budget, and organize technology upgrade/replacement roadmaps.
