Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Analyst – Enterprise Network to join the Network Implementation Team. You will support WAN/LAN, load balancing, firewalls, cloud networking, and related systems for global operations.

Strong Cisco expertise, CCNP or equivalent credentials, and experience with Citrix NetScaler and Palo Alto firewalls are highly preferred. The role emphasizes mentoring, project leadership, and hands-on implementation across multiple locations worldwide, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years of enterprise level network design and support.
• CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, or relevant industry certifications preferred.
• AWS Certified Advanced Networking

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and maintain Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switching platforms and architecture.
• Administer and support Palo Alto Panorama for centralized firewall management and policy deployment.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing and switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VPN, cloud).
• Deliver global highly available applications with Citrix Netscaler and load balancing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support teams.
• Analyze and recommend solutions for system improvements.
• Support hardware/software maintenance, upgrades, and multi-location operations.
• Maintain updated documentation and assist with fulfillment processes.
