Job summary

Arlon Graphics, LLC in California is seeking an IT Security & Infrastructure Manager to support end-user computing, helpdesk, server administration, AD, and security management across the enterprise. You will lead projects, coordinate risk and vulnerability management, handle disaster recovery and backups, manage licensing, and ensure ITIL-aligned incident and change processes while collaborating with a manufacturing IT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in networking and IT administration in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze business publications and regulatory procedures.
• Experience writing reports and presenting information.
• Willingness for occasional evening/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT projects including upgrades and deployments.
• Manage security tools, patches, and MFA for devices.
• Oversee Active Directory, domain controllers and GPO.
• Coordinate incident response and security training.
• Administer VMware servers and backups.
• Monitor networks, telecom, and internet links.
