Job summary

Shef Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Level 3 Network Engineer with deep expertise in LAN, WAN, security, and SD-WAN environments. The role focuses on hands-on engineering to ensure performance, reliability, and secure infrastructure management within enterprise networks.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support enterprise-grade networks, administer Cisco ACI fabric, analyze performance, and lead incident resolution with root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network engineering with progressive responsibilities.
• Strong LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and SD-WAN expertise.
• Hands-on Cisco ACI experience for design and ops.
• Solid network security knowledge and tooling.
• CCNP or CCIE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design and support enterprise LAN/WAN and SD-WAN networks.
• Administer Cisco ACI fabric, monitor and troubleshoot.
• Analyze performance, traffic engineering, and optimization.
• Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and change logs.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and apps teams.
• Ensure security best practices across layers.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
• Support change management and SLAs.
