Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Security+ and CCNA certifications.
• 10 years of experience in network or cybersecurity engineering.
• Hands-on with configuring enterprise routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with Cisco ACI and SDN.
• Strong IP networking, routing, switching, and subnetting.
• Experience with virtualized lab environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, integrate, secure, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure in lab/test environments.
• Engineer and support Cisco ACI architectures (APIC, leaf/spine, VRFs, EPGs, contracts).
• Support SDN technologies and network automation for centralized management.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers/switches (L2/L3).
• Develop IP addressing plans, VLANs, VRFs, routing domains, segmentation.
• Configure routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, static).
• Engineer and support firewall and security solutions with policies and NAT/VPN.
• Analyze network traffic using captures, logs, and monitoring tools.
• Hardening of network infrastructure per security requirements.
• Identify vulnerabilities and remediation opportunities; support Zero Trust initiatives.
• Build/maintain representative network environments for integration/testing.
• Develop diagrams, interface docs, IP plans, configuration docs, procedures.
• Conduct configuration testing prior to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity across devices and virtualization.
• Coordinate with cyber, systems, virtualization, and engineering teams to resolve cross-domain issues.
