Job summary

Harvard University Central Administration seeks a Project Manager – Network to lead end-to-end delivery of campus network infrastructure initiatives. You will coordinate across engineering, security, vendors, and campus stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ progressive project management experience, including IT or network infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, wireless, structured cabling, data center connectivity).
• Strong ITIL or similar service management framework knowledge.
• Experience developing and reporting on project status, schedules, and budgets for technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain clear project plans and delivery schedules for network initiatives.
• Coordinate with network engineering, vendors, and campus stakeholders to ensure on-scope, on-time delivery.
• Manage risks, changes, and budget in collaboration with finance and leadership.
• Develop and operationalize standard project processes, playbooks, and checklists for network work.
• Provide status reports and communications to leadership and stakeholders.
