AT&T, a leader in connected solutions, seeks a Senior Network Project Manager in San Juan, PR. You will plan, lead, and deliver complex network projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams and vendors to meet timelines and budgets.

You’ll apply Agile practices, manage risk and compliance, and mentor teams while aligning with business requirements. The role requires onsite presence, 5 days a week, and a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex technical project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, feasibility studies, and business cases.
• Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, oversee performance, and manage multiple interrelated projects or strategic programs.
• Perform scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, and control to ensure project adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Establish and manage contractual relationships with customers and external vendors, and coordinate with stakeholders to align project deliverables with business requirements.
• Ensure project compliance with industry standards and company policies, implement quality assurance processes, and utilize Scrum or Agile techniques for team collaboration and backlog management.
