Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Network Engineer to manage rollout and maintenance of business-critical applications and services. You will resolve escalated issues and drive technical development with strong communication skills.

You will perform HPC/AI benchmarks, optimize BIOS/OS configs, and contribute to documentation and automation. Collaboration with product teams and on-site deployment support are essential components of the role.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years in Deep Learning and Machine Learning.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, etc.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive system-level rack tests on GPUs and CPUs, testing functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Deliver HPC/AI training and benchmarks, addressing complex support issues and documenting processes.
• Conduct proof of concept design/testing, optimize BIOS/OS/network settings, and develop simulations.
• Provide on-site deployment support and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed customer feedback into enhancements.
• Engage in HPC roadmap planning and software/hardware upgrades for performance.
• Document test plans, logs, and contribute to test utilities and automation scripts.
