Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain/optimization roles.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with network modeling and optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with network design tools (e.g., Supply Chain Guru, Optilogic, Lyric, AIMMS).
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and business-case development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain network optimization models for 3–5 product categories across manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and transportation.
• Partner with leadership to develop mid- and long-term supply chain strategies evaluating growth, demand, capacity, and investment decisions.
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve cost, service, resiliency, asset productivity, and capital efficiency.
• Develop and maintain category models to quantify trade-offs across cost, service, utilization, risk, and capital.
• Perform scenario, sensitivity, and capacity analyses for network design and planning.
• Lead multiple optimization initiatives with cross-functional teams and translate analyses into executive recommendations.
