Job summary

CA CI International is seeking a Senior Network Operations Engineer – Tier 3 to design and deliver complex network solutions across multiple sites. The role emphasizes writing high-level technical documents, coordinating with teams, and driving modernization of LANs, WANs, UC, and video services.

The candidate will work on network standards, configurations, and operations, requiring strong research and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph or ability to obtain polygraph prior to start.
• IAT II and CCNA certifications required.
• Up to 25% travel (CONUS) and ability to travel to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Network implementation and installation of projects at a site or locale.
• Facilitate engineering design data calls.
• Identify and recommend network changes to improve monitoring and operations.
• Troubleshoot network failures and accessibility issues.
• Develop network deployment documentation and designs.
• Lead testing of new hardware/software for performance and interoperability.
• Design and implement new network solutions.
