Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a senior network leader to own the DST networking infrastructure, oversee data center WAN/LAN/WLAN operations, and drive automation and process improvements. You will manage enterprise networks, lead a technical team, guide architecture, security, DR, and capacity planning, and partner with senior tech leaders to align IT with business goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of managing enterprise-class networks, routing and switching technologies, network security requirements, lifecycle management strategies, disaster recovery, and resources.
• Thorough knowledge of network hardware operating systems and network system software, including related Wi-Fi, security, and voice technologies.
• Knowledge of servers and data center operations, preferably Windows OS.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging l&O technologies and practices.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and DevOps approaches for agility.
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to lead, train, and evaluate staff.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Vendor management and partner relations to leverage internal/external resources.
• Excellent communication to explain tech to leaders and business concepts to staff.
• Ability to develop and communicate policies and runbooks to staff.
• Ability to build business value of IT and negotiate constraints.
• Ability to collaborate with DST and external IT Managers.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently and in teams.
• Ability to perform needs analysis and project/resource planning.
