Job summary

The Network Operations Specialist III drives managed care program success by translating regulatory and program requirements into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes. This role leads the planning and execution of key initiatives.

As a cross-functional connector, the Specialist coordinates workgroups, tracks deliverables, documents decisions, and resolves blockers to maintain transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in managed care/network operations or regulatory operationalization.
• Experience executing program plans, interpreting APLs/policy, and building KPIs/dashboards.
• Cross-functional coordination across departments and vendors.
• Ability to draft business requirements and implement controls for compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership briefings.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory and program requirements into actionable strategies.
• Lead planning and execution of key initiatives with milestones.
• Coordinate workgroups, track deliverables, document decisions, and resolve blockers.
• Maintain audit readiness with documentation and provider manual updates.
• Collaborate with IT/Data to implement system changes and reporting specs.
• Mentor and provide SME guidance across teams.
