You will manage provider applications, inquiries and data integrity, collaborating with local market colleagues and cross‑functional teams to meet production volume and turnaround targets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in network operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and working knowledge of provider systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Network or related business environment with exposure to provider systems, processes, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with provider applications, inquiries and data integrity processes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to meet production volume and turnaround time standards.
• Maintain provider demographic information and ensure data is current.
