Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Network Operations to lead business operations around Aetna’s provider network, overseeing applications, inquiries and data integrity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of work and adherence to production and TAT standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in network/business environments with provider systems exposure; typical weekly hours are 40 and full-time status is expected.

Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, NetworkOperations is a key role within the Network Operationsfunction. The roleis responsible forbusiness operationsmanagingAetna’s provider network,which accounts for>$30Bninannualmedical claims spend. Business operationsincludes, butisnot limited to,facilitatingnew provider applications, managing provider inquiries andassistancerequests, and ensuring provider data and demographic information ismaintainedcurrent.

The role is a senior individual contributor position. The role will have a broad span of influence over responsible areas,and it will command the need to makeaccuratedecisions on processes and directions for work, interactions withappropriate localmarket colleagues.TheSenior Analyst’sability toidentify, evaluate and act on trendsimpactingmarketobjectivesanddemonstrateindependent judgement, discretion and authority will be criticalforsuccess.The ideal candidatewill use their professional and technical experience, extensiveAetnasystemsknowledge, and internalcross-functional relationshipsto successfully complete their responsibilities (notably with common,non-standardprovider requests and/or situations).The Senior Analyst will use advanced interpersonal skills to interact cross-functionally with multiple business areas to ensuretimelycompletion of work and be responsible for achieving production volume and TAT standards as defined by department management, and may only focus on specific aspects of the provider application / inquiry / data integrity processes.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience inNetwork orrelatedbusiness environmentwith exposure to provider systems, processes, etc.isrequired
• Strong organizational skills withdemonstratedability to balance multiple concurrent priorities
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolutionand interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of businesssystems, applications, and tools.
• Desktop Tool experience - Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with provider data and internal systems EPDB, PDMS, PRMS, and SCM
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution, interpersonal, and research skills
• Able to manage expectations, multi-task, and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
• Independent thinker with strong analytical skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $91,800.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
