Job summary

Della Infotech is seeking a Sr.Tech Lead (Network) for a 6-month contract in Chicago or remote for the right candidate. You will partner with clients and delivery teams to ensure network services meet expectations, drive operational excellence, and lead incident resolutions.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, network operations, architecture oversight, vendor coordination, and people leadership. A hybrid work option is available for onsite roles and established candidates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
10+ years in designing, deploying, and managing large-scale enterprise networks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for key client stakeholders.
Conduct regular service reviews and executive updates.
Communicate incidents, risks, changes, and remediation plans to clients.
Build trusted advisor relationships and understand client objectives.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Oversee day-to-day operations of enterprise networks and ensure availability, performance, and security.
Lead incident management and root cause analyses.
Coordinate maintenance and change implementations with internal and client teams.
Review operational metrics and SLAs.
